It's best to have 1 or 2 family members involved in portraits to help with organize everyone on the list. Please keep in mind that each group can take 2-5 minutes to photograph - keep the list short and sweet ;)

Does anyone involved in formal portraits have any special needs I should be aware of?

It is sometimes easiest for everyone to try and photograph any children or family with special needs first
